US Green Building Council has developed Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design or LEED green building certifications. There is a point system that allows buildings or projects to be earn award levels. The newest version of LEED is version 4.

We offer indoor air quality testing to meet “Option 2, Air Testing”. This air testing is performed prior to occupancy to ensure that construction contaminants and new building materials that produce elevated pollutants are no longer present in the building. Pollutants may impact occupant productivity and may affect their long-term health. 2 (two) full points are offered by LEED v4-EQc4.
